At Utopia Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your purchase doesn't hit the right note, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure the Media

  Carefully pack your vinyl, CDs, or merchandise in their original packaging, ensuring all protective sleeves and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
